Qunatumzeon

Privacy Policy

Effective Date:9/23/2025
QuantumZeon ("QuantumZeon," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use our websites and services, including quantumzeon.com and related pages, content, downloads, and tools (collectively, the “Services”).
We currently operate with a minimal‑data approach: no user accounts/logins, no biometrics, no Google Analytics, and no sale of personal data for money. We display advertisements served by partners (e.g., AdMaven) and use platform services (e.g., Wix) that may process data under their own policies.

Quick Summary

  • No accounts/logins; no biometrics.

  • No Google Analytics; no Google ad tags.

  • We do not sell your personal information for money.

  • Ads are served by partners who may set their own cookies/identifiers; their use is governed by their policies.

  • We keep data inside our ecosystem and only use essential service providers.

  • This policy includes global sections (GDPR/UK GDPR, LGPD, PIPEDA) and California (CCPA/CPRA) rights.

1) Who We Are & Scope
Controller: QuantumZeon (United States). If you are in the EEA/UK/Switzerland, QuantumZeon is the controller of your personal data for the purposes described here. We do not currently maintain an EU/UK representative; we will update this policy if that changes.
This policy applies to information processed via our Services. It does not apply to third‑party websites, services, or platforms that we do not control, including ads and embeds shown on our pages.

2) What We Collect (Minimal)
We design the Services to collect as little data as possible:

  • Technical/usage data (limited): IP address, device/browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, timestamps, error logs, and similar data necessary for operation, security, and basic analytics (which may include built‑in hosting metrics from Wix).

  • Communications: If you contact us (e.g., email or form), we process what you provide (name, email, message).

  • Cookies/Identifiers: Essential cookies or similar technologies for security and core functionality. Advertising partners may set their own cookies/identifiers when their tags load (see §5).

  • No sensitive/biometrics: We do not collect biometric identifiers or other sensitive categories on purpose.

3) Sources of Information

  • Directly from you (messages/forms you submit).

  • Automatically from your device/browser when using the Services (see §2).

  • From service providers operating our infrastructure (e.g., Wix hosting metrics) or ad partners running tags (see §5).

4) How We Use Information

  • Operate, maintain, and secure the Services.

  • Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or security incidents.

  • Debug and improve performance/user experience.

  • Respond to inquiries and provide support.

  • Comply with legal obligations.

We do not use Google Analytics. We do not sell personal data for money.

5) Advertising, Cookies & Similar Technologies
We display ads from advertising partners (e.g., AdMaven). We do not control which ads appear. These partners may collect data directly from your device (such as IP address, approximate location, device/advertising identifiers, cookie data, and ad interactions) to deliver/measure ads, cap frequency, combat fraud, and — depending on their settings — personalize ads. Their processing is governed by their own privacy policies.
Your choices:

  • Manage cookies in your browser or device settings.

  • Use industry opt‑out tools for interest‑based advertising where available.

  • Use privacy‑focused browsers or content blockers.

  • Where supported, we will honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as a request to opt‑out of “sale”/“sharing” (see §9 for California).

See also: Ads & Partners and Cookie Settings (links/placeholders).

6) Disclosures of Information
We keep data inside our ecosystem and only disclose as follows:

  • Service providers (processors): e.g., website hosting/platform functions provided by Wix. They process data under contracts that restrict use to providing services for us and require appropriate protections.

  • Advertising partners (independent controllers): e.g., AdMaven. Their tags may load on our pages and collect data directly from your device under their policies. We do not provide these partners with your personal information; they collect via their own scripts.

  • Legal/Compliance: To comply with law, protect rights, safety, and security, or as part of a business transaction as permitted by law.

We do not sell or rent personal data.

7) International Data Transfers
Our service providers may process data on servers located outside your country (including the United States). Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g., contractual protections) to support lawful transfers.

8) Retention
We retain information only as long as necessary for the purposes above (operation, security, legal compliance) and then delete or anonymize it in accordance with our retention practices.

9) California Privacy Notice (CCPA/CPRA)
This section applies to California residents.
Categories We Collect (in the last 12 months)

  • Identifiers: IP address, device/advertising IDs, cookie identifiers.

  • Internet/Network activity: browsing data related to our site (pages viewed, timestamps, referrers, ad interactions).

  • Geolocation (coarse): approximate location inferred from IP.

  • Inferences: We do not create inferences about you; ad partners may create inferences for ad personalization under their policies.

Sources, Purposes, and Disclosures

  • Sources: Direct from your browser/device; from you via communications; from service providers and ad partners.

  • Purposes: See §4 and §5 (operation, security, debugging, ads delivery/measurement, fraud prevention).

  • Disclosures: To service providers (processors) for business purposes, and to ad partners that collect data as independent controllers when their tags load (see §6).

“Selling” or “Sharing” Personal Information

  • We do not sell your personal information for money.

  • Ads on our site may involve “sharing” (as defined by CPRA) for cross‑context behavioral advertising by ad partners who collect via their own tags.

  • You can opt out of “sale”/“sharing” by using: Your Privacy Choices (link/placeholder), adjusting your browser/device settings, and enabling GPC. We will treat a valid GPC signal as a request to opt‑out.

Sensitive Personal Information
We do not use or disclose “sensitive personal information” for purposes requiring a “Limit Use and Disclosure” link under CPRA.
Your California Rights

  • Right to Know/Access the personal information we collected about you.

  • Right to Delete personal information, subject to exceptions.
